FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, PA (WENY) — A historic bridge in Pennsylvania has been rehabilitated through a statewide grant. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Office (PAHPO) are finding a way to preserve history while also maintaining local roads and bridges.
