Hooked on the Water, a lakeside dining and entertainment destination in Lexington, is preparing to open on Lake Murray in late 2026.
Set to become one of South Carolina’s largest waterfront dining and entertainment destinations of its kind, Hooked on the Water will bring five distinct hospitality concepts together on one property. Plans include an elevated fine-dining restaurant, casual downstairs dining, an outdoor social space, a live-music venue and dedicated private-event space. The property is located within a 66-acre residential retreat community on Lake Murray.
The culinary program, led by local chef Andy Marchant, will pair Southern influences with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, offering distinct menus across the property’s fine-dining and casual concepts. The Fine Dining Room & Bar will showcase the more elevated side of the culinary program, featuring prime steaks and seafood dishes. The downstairs dining concept will take a more relaxed approach with gourmet burgers, unique flatbreads and more.
