The Georgetown University women's golf team finished eighth at 52-over 620 (312-308) following 36 holes. The 12-team field competed on the par-71, 6,086-yard course at the Springdale Golf Club. HOW IT HAPPENED Sunny Wang was the top Hoya performer as the sophomore tied for 17th at 8-over 150 (73-77). Over 36 holes, she tallied a pair of birdies and 24 pars. The second Hoya on the leaderboard was Mahreen Bhatia as she tied for 27th at 13-over 155 (79-76). Through two rounds, the freshman managed one birdie and 23 pars. Mimi Burton tied for 44th at 16-over 158 (76-82) following a pair of rounds. The Hoya managed one birdie to go along with 20 pars. At 19-over 161 (84-77), Catherine Qiu tied for 55th place.
