India will be hosting the West Indies Men's Cricket team for a multi-format white ball cricket series comprising three ODIs and five T20Is starting on September 27. While Shubman Gill will be the ODI side, Shreyas will be back to be the captain of the t20I side.
Notably, Shreyas will miss the ODI series, as he will be busy with his side playing the 2026 Asian Games. In his place, ruturaj Gaikwad has been added to the ODI squad, with KL Rahul named as the captain.
It is a home series for India. All the eight matches will be placed accross cities like Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, New Chandigarh, Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
The ODI matches will be played from 1:30 PM while the T20Is will start on 7 PM. The toss for each formats will be conducted 30 minutes prior to the starting time.
