Is Seyi Vibez Releasing Too Much Music?
Since Seyi Vibez released his debut project, No Seyi, No Vibe, in 2021, he has not gone a year without releasing a project, EP, or album. Since NSVN, he has released Billion Dollar Baby 1 & 2 (2022), Vibe Till Thy Kingdom Come (2023), Thy Kingdom Come (2023), Memory Card (2023), Nahamciaga (2023), Loseyi Professor (2024), Children of Africa (2025), Fuji Moto (2025), and now his latest, Swaguu (2026). While making music seems almost effortless for him, as he sings in “Karma,” “My inspiration no go divert / Lyrics ti ma ko, angeli gbe wa / O sure wi pe won ma gbe wa,” suggesting that his musical inspiration is divine, one would still ask: is he putting out too much music?
It is a fair question to ask of an artist who has built a career at such a pace. But Seyi Vibez seems to be operating on a different logic.
