Israeli Chef's London Restaurant Recognized in Michelin Guide Amid Challenges

Israeli chef Ran Shmueli's London-based restaurant, Claro, which opened less than a year ago, has been recognized in the upcoming February edition of the Michelin Guide. While the exact category of the accolade has not been specified, this inclusion marks a notable achievement for the Mediterranean-inspired eatery, even in the absence of a Michelin star.
