Lopez wore a strapless, off-the-shoulder black ball gown from the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda 2026 collection. The dress featured a fitted, sheer-paneled bodice covered in black floral appliqué and sequin detailing, leading into a full, tea-length skirt layered in tulle and more of that same black lace florals.
