Kate Middleton had a very chill reaction after nearly stumbling on her own dress. This happened during the London world premiere of Tom Cruise’s “Digger.” The Princess of Wales was accompanied by her husband, Prince William, at the event.

Middleton and Prince William attended Cruise’s movie premiere at London’s Odeon in Leicester Square. For the event, she wore a long violet Jenny Packham dress with a train. She paired it with Princess Diana’s earrings and the Queen Mother’s Amethyst Sautoir Necklace, along with a half-updo and nude makeup. On their way to the event, they were followed by Marcus Ryder, chief executive of the Film and TV Charity, and the organization’s chair, Claire Tavernier.
After they stepped off the escalator, Tavernier accidentally stepped on Middleton’s gown trail, causing her to lose her balance. Catherine didn’t fall, but handled the situation with grace and laughed it off. Tavernier immediately stepped back from the trail and raised a hand in apology. Middleton managed to maintain her balance, and they all proceeded forward.
