KEB Launches Next-Generation COMBIVERT F6 High Speed Drives for Advanced Motor Control

KEB has introduced the advanced COMBIVERT F6 High Speed Drives, a next-generation solution designed to replace the older F5 series in high-speed motor applications. These drives are tailored for demanding environments such as turbo blowers, compressors, spindles, and vacuum systems, offering an exceptional balance of performance and cost-efficiency when paired with appropriate filtering technologies. Following the discontinuation of the F5 series and its transfer to KEB Global Service, the F6 High Speed Drives were unveiled at last year's SPS exhibition, setting new standards in size, flexibility, and functionality. Notably, the F6 drives are over 40% more compact in the 450 kW power range, allowing for significant space savings in control cabinets. They also feature adjustable switching frequencies ranging from 1.5 to 16 kHz in 1.5 kHz increments, accommodating various application needs.
