Kim Jones to Launch Namesake Fashion Label and Open First Hong Kong Store in 2027

Designer Kim Jones is entering a new chapter in his career with the launch of a namesake fashion label, bringing together his longstanding interests in fashion, art, design and Asian culture. The venture will debut for Fall 2027, with a first retail location planned for Hong Kong in October of that year.

The former Dior Men artistic director’s upcoming collection will feature clothing and accessories, with an emphasis on versatility and a wardrobe that moves beyond traditional fashion categories. Most of the collection will be manufactured in Japan, while leather goods will be produced in Italy. The brand also aims to offer a considered price point, making its approach to luxury more accessible to a broader audience.

The collection is expected to launch exclusively through the designer’s official website, kimjones.com, in mid-2027. This will be followed by the opening of the brand’s first store at Central Yards in Hong Kong in October 2027. Additional retail locations across Asia are planned, alongside distribution through a select group of retail partners.
