NEW LIFE FOR KING’S HAMMER!
Back in February of this year Chuck Weatherman released The Color Of The Soul , the debut full length album from his solo death metal project, King’s Hammer . Following on from the fierce 2025 EP, To Speak In Tongues , The Color Of The Soul cemented King’s Hammer’s reputation for delivering raw, powerful, confrontational death metal with its own unique character. The critical response to The Color Of The Soul was overwhelmingly positive with Heaven’s Metal Magazine describing it as “a fury of death metal that leaves you begging for more”. Now Weatherman is wielding the King’s Hammer once more and a new single of unmistakeable, unvarnished ferocity has been unleashed – ‘ Breathing New Life ‘. A juddering monster of a track that features a typically domineering vocal performance from Weatherman, mixing bludgeoning beats and wicked harmonic interjections, ‘Breathing New Life’ builds to a furious, frantic conclusion. The single is available now via Bandcamp and on all major streaming platforms courtesy of Rottweiler Records and Broken Curfew Records , so be ready for the first signs of new life from King’s Hammer!
