REI AMI stuns in a daring sheer Hilá look at the 2026 MTV VMAs, pairing intricate details with statement jewelry and glamorous hair.

REI AMI brought plenty of attitude to the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, arriving on the blue carpet in a daring all-black look by Hilá.

The singer and rapper, who has become widely known as the singing voice of Zoey in Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters, embraced a dramatic sheer aesthetic for the September 27 ceremony at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The 2026 VMAs featured some of music’s biggest names, with Snoop Dogg hosting the ceremony.

For the occasion, REI AMI wore an intricate black ensemble covered in delicate leaf-like appliqué details. The barely-there design featured a structured bra-style top with thin straps and layers of black embellishment tracing her torso.
