Kuwait Urges Women to Correct Citizenship Status Before Deadline Under Article 8

Kuwait's Interior Ministry has issued a call to women whose citizenship was revoked under Article 8 of the Kuwaiti Nationality Law to complete their status correction procedures within the designated timeframe. Acting promptly will ensure they are recognized as Kuwaiti citizens, while delays or neglect may result in the loss of certain benefits. The process allows individuals to submit appeals to the Citizenship Withdrawal Grievance Committee until the final deadline of August 31, 2025. Additionally, the Ministry announced that an online platform for submitting required documents will be launched soon to facilitate the process.
