PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Resurfacing work began in Pittston and will continue throughout the day until the third week of October.
PennDOT will perform resurfacing work in Pittston on Route 11 starting at the Fort Jenkins Street Bridge to William Street then onto South Main Street (Route 2004) to Route 2024.
Work will take place between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily through the third week of October.

Intermittent lane restrictions will be placed, and PennDOT says drivers should take an alternate route if possible.
