Las Vegas Lights FC has officially announced the appointment of Devin Rensing as their new head coach. Rensing brings extensive coaching and scouting expertise gained from both professional leagues and collegiate programs. Over the past five seasons, he has served as an assistant coach in the USL Championship, notably with Memphis 901 FC for two years and the Charleston Battery for three.
"We are thrilled to welcome Devin to Las Vegas," stated Lights Sporting Director Gianleonardo Neglia. "After a comprehensive hiring process, we are eager to begin working with him. Devin has demonstrated his ability to foster a winning environment at multiple USL teams. His deep league experience, college coaching background, and talent identification skills make him an excellent fit to lead us toward success this season and beyond 2026."
Prior to his professional coaching career, Rensing amassed an impressive record of 82 wins, 16 losses, and 7 draws as head coach at Stevens Institute of Technology and the California Institute of Technology.
