Legal Action Filed Against SelectQuote
LOS ANGELES—The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz has filed a class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, titled Pahlkotter v. SelectQuote, Inc., Case No. 1:25-cv-06620. The suit represents investors who bought or acquired shares of SelectQuote, Inc. (NYSE: SLQT) from September 9, 2020, to May 1, 2025.
The complaint alleges violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Shareholders are advised that they have 60 days from this notice to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
