LIBERTY, Ohio – Long John Silver’s will celebrate the recent remodel of its restaurant at 3560 Belmont Ave. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon Monday.
The newly refreshed restaurant features an updated look and improvements designed to create a more welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests, a news release states.
Long John Silver’s has been serving its signature seafood and chicken for more than 50 years. Through the remodel, the restaurant hopes to enhance the experience for both longtime customers and guests discovering it for the first time, the release states.
“We’re proud to be part of the Youngstown community and excited to celebrate this newly remodeled restaurant with our guests on Sept. 28, 2026,” the company said in a statement. “This refresh is about creating an even better experience for the community we serve, and we look forward to welcoming both longtime Long John Silver’s fans and new guests through our doors.”
