This week, a significant real estate transaction highlights a major healthcare property sale in the city. Brookside Drive Property LLC, affiliated with Oasis Health Care Group based in Lakewood, New Jersey, acquired the Cottage Lane Health & Rehab facility located at 800 Brookside Drive in Little Rock for $14.53 million. The seller was Cottage Lane Health & Rehab LLC, connected to Dwight Capital from Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. In addition to the property sale, notable construction and development projects include a renovation at Smith-Mabee-Kresge Science Center at Philander Smith College, valued at approximately $4.82 million, executed by Doyne Construction Co. of North Little Rock. Residential developments feature two new homes in Little Rock: one on Miramont Circle costing around $1.7 million, built by Jim Pace Homes LLC, and another on North Grant Street valued at approximately $1.5 million, developed by Jeff Fuller Homes LLC. Moreover, the Little Rock Port Authority has undertaken an engine maintenance building project at 6900 Lindsey Road, with a construction cost of about $2.84 million handled by Cline Construction Group LLC.
