Major Real Estate Transactions in Pulaski County: Popeyes Locations and Residential Homes Sell for Over $6.6 Million

Four Popeyes fast-food locations and a 9,000-square-foot office-warehouse in Pulaski County have been collectively sold for approximately $6.62 million. The properties, located at 716 E. Broadway and 12201 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock, 200 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood, 11501 W. Markham St. in West Little Rock, and 1031 Lantrip Road in Sherwood, were purchased by Mirawall Leasing LLC, led by Walid and Marwa Ismael. The seller, Sweet P Investors Inc., managed by Donald Gililland, received financing through a 20-year loan of $7.7 million from the Bank of England. The deal includes a series of previous acquisitions by Sweet P, such as the Sherwood restaurant site purchased in 1996 for $150,000, the West Little Rock project acquired in 1996 for $550,000, and the office-warehouse in 2014 for $562,000. Additional properties include a restaurant site purchased in 2017 for $550,000, and two parcels added in 2020 for $1 million and $250,000 respectively. In a separate transaction, Rahling Chenal LLC purchased a 2.47-acre commercial land parcel in West Little Rock for $2.86 million, financed by a $2.2 million one-year loan from First Horizon Bank.
