ARCADIA—History was made in a number of ways Thursday at the 2026 Madison County Cross Country Championship and it started with the venue. After being postponed earlier this fall, the meet had to be moved from its traditional host course at Pendleton Heights to a site outside the County for the first time at Hamilton Heights.
The change in location did nothing to slow down the juggernaut of Pendleton Heights in the team events, with the individual champions making their own mark as well.
