Mendota Heights, Minnesota, has become a participant in a statewide initiative introducing speed cameras aimed at encouraging drivers to reduce their speeds without the need for frequent traffic stops. Situated near Two Rivers High School, a particular street corner features cold beverages and persuasive sales representatives, employing an innovative approach to promote cautious driving.
