Mississippi State University Welcomes New Students During Move-In Week
STARKVILLE, Miss. — This week marks the beginning of the academic year at Mississippi State University, as new students settle into campus housing. Tuesday signaled the official start of the move-in period for incoming Bulldogs.

Makenzie Knight, a Resident Assistant at MSU, shared her experience: "The process has gone smoothly so far. Although most students are expected to arrive between Wednesday and Friday, everyone seems friendly and eager to start this new chapter."
Freshmen and Family Excited for Campus Life
Among the new students is freshman Ava Forrest, who moved into her dorm on August 12 with her family. She expressed her enthusiasm: "I’m really excited about starting classes and participating in RUSH this week. I hope to join a sorority, meet new friends, and enjoy campus life."
