Fans of Dolly Parton have raised more than $15,000 for the Imagination Library of Daviess County since her death on Aug. 25.
The Imagination Library was one of Parton's causes.
Diane Bowers, chairwoman of Imagination Library of Daviess County, said the money comes at a good time.

She said Wonder Whip sold a "Tennessee Mountain Twist" ice cream cone last Friday and raised $5,030.07 plus $30 in donations, and The Pub on Second hosted a Dolly-themed Singo event and raised more than $350.
Bowers said people also sent in donations through PayPal or checks in the mail.
That all totaled $5,985 and additional donations of $9...
