The NAB Leadership Foundation has selected 15 radio and television executives and managers for its 2027 Broadcast Leadership Training program, which is designed to prepare industry professionals for station ownership and C-suite positions.
The class includes the following executives from radio and podcasting: Angel Livas, Founder and CEO of ALIVE Network; Coriya Burns Falker, General Sales Manager of Urban One Atlanta; Eric Casella, Vice President of Programming at Cox Media Group; Ilana Goldstein, Director of Finance and Strategy at Beasley Media Group; PJ English, Director of Operations at Tuscaloosa Radio Group; and Shannone Dunlap, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Black Diamond Broadcasting & Digital Solutions.
The Broadcast Leadership Training program has been conducted for more than 25 years and has prepared nearly 450 senior executives and managers. The program uses interactive sessions with industry faculty and invited speakers to examine financial and business strategy, management and leadership, artificial intelligence, human resources, organizational culture and other issues affecting broadcasting.
