NASCAR Signing, Daily Design Challenges Anchor Autodesk's IMTS Booth Plans
IMTS 2026: Autodesk pairs a NASCAR driver signing with daily hands-on Fusion challenges and machined artifacts.
Autodesk booth visitors can find a NASCAR driver signing autographs a few feet from CNC-machined parts pulled straight off a shop floor.
NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Cole Custer is scheduled to appear in the Autodesk booth Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. The signing sits inside a booth built around hands-on demonstration rather than static displays.
Eight demo stations anchor the space, each staffed to answer questions and walk attendees through Autodesk Fusion for Manufacturing. Four workpieces designed in Fusion and machined at Autodesk’s Birmingham Technology Center are on display, giving visitors physical parts to handle instead of screen-only demos.
A Daily Design & Make Challenge runs each day of the show, with two new challenges attendees can attempt hands-on using Fusion. Every participant receives a piece of swag, and the fastest finisher each day wins a prize donated by partner companies.
