Governor Pillen emphasized the importance of reduced speeds, avoiding distractions like cell phone use, and staying attentive, especially during the busy summer travel season and upcoming events such as back-to-school and sports games in Lincoln. "When you see cones, flashing lights, or signs indicating roadside activity, slow down and move over. No one should be on their phone while driving," he urged.
