A Netflix documentary on former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, eponymously entitled "Tyson," will debut on Tuesday, October 13.
The four-part docuseries reportedly takes viewers on a sometimes somber, humorous and sometimes surreal ride with “Iron Mike,” as he recounts his turbulent life so far, that goes from troubled youth in Brownsville to a world-famous figure in the public eye, and details many of the unexpected and history-making twists and turns along the way.
Directed by Netflix veteran Floyd Russ, "Tyson" was produced by Jenna Millman, Jacob Miller, and Alexa Ginsburg, with executive producers including Jim Gray, Ian Orefice, Amanda Spain, Jonna McLaughlin, Greg C. Lake, Michael Hughes, Douglas Banker, Floyd Russ, and Bill Simmons.
