Morgan County residents now have another option for purchasing automobile license tag decals without making a trip to the courthouse in Decatur.
Morgan County License Commissioner Kate Terry said a new kiosk has been installed at the Morgan County Event Center in Somerville, which opened June 30, 2026.
The kiosk is the eighth in the county, joining locations at the Hartselle Service Center on Shull Road, West Park Recreation Center in Neel, town halls in Eva, Priceville, Falkville and Trinity, and the second floor of the Morgan County Courthouse.
The Morgan County Event Center is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday. The center is closed Sunday.
