The New Milford Area Rotary Club recently announced a successful partnership with the Peoples Security Bank and Trust (PSB+T) Foundation to support Northeast Pennsylvania Community Health Care. In March, the Foundation awarded a $1,000 grant to NEPA Community Health at their Montrose facility. This contribution, combined with a $2,500 District Designated Fund (DDF) grant from Rotary District 7410 and a $1,000 local Rotary Club grant, totals $4,500. The funds will be used to buy refrigerator and freezer units with emergency power backups for vaccine storage at all four NEPA Community Health locations. This initiative ensures the ongoing delivery of essential public health services, aligning with Rotary's mission to combat disease and improve maternal and child health.
