Niece Motorsports Announces Driver Changes for No. 45 Chevrolet
Salisbury, NC (August 4, 2025) — Niece Motorsports has announced immediate driver changes for its No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado team. Kaden Honeycutt has been released from his driving duties, as the team prepares for upcoming races.
Connor Zilisch will take over as the driver for the Watkins Glen event, piloting the No. 45 DQS Solutions & Staffing Chevrolet Silverado. Starting from Richmond, Bayley Currey will assume the driving responsibilities for the remainder of the season. The team confirms that Phil Gould will continue in his role as crew chief, with no additional personnel alterations.
Honeycutt has committed to racing with a different Truck Series team and manufacturer in 2026. This transition provides Niece Motorsports with an opportunity to focus on building for the upcoming season.
