NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Marshall County Plan Commission on September 24, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Marshall County Building located at 112 W. Jefferson St., Room 203, Plymouth IN 46563. The subject of the hearing is a proposed replat on case: 26-PC-08 BALKA, Don - A request for a Zoning Map Change from C-2 to A-1 on the following properties: Balka 50-52-95-000-073-000-009, Kertai 50-52-95-000-074-000-009, Good 50-52-95-000-120-000-009, and Balka 2.84 acres of parcel 50-52-95-000-112-000-009 located directly east and adjacent to the Good property; US Hwy 6, Plymouth, IN North Twsp. Zoned C-2. The Proposal is on file for examination at the Office of the Marshall County Plan Director located at the Marshall County Building located at 112 W. Jefferson St., Room 302, Plymouth IN 46563. Written objections to the Proposal that are filed with the secretary of the Marshall County Plan Commission before the date of the hearing will be considered, and that oral comments to the Proposal will be heard.
