Ohio State Fair announces 2023 scholarship winners

Ohio State Fair Recognizes Scholarship Recipients for 2023 Celebrating its 29th year, the Virgil L. Strickler Youth Reserve Scholarship program has a rich history of supporting young exhibitors, distributing over $5.2 million to more than 46,000 students since its inception in 1996. Named in honor of the esteemed Ohio State Fair General Manager Virgil L. Strickler in 2023, the program continues to expand, now awarding 25 scholarships and endowments. This year's recipients include: - Governor James A.
