Eligible printers can receive extended cover through annual original toner registration.
OKI Europe has launched a new Product Lifetime Warranty Programme offering up to seven years of warranty cover on eligible printer models.
The programme will gradually replace the company’s existing three-year warranty scheme and is managed through the MyOKI portal.
Customers must register an eligible printer within 60 days of purchase. To maintain extended warranty cover, they must then register at least one original OKI toner cartridge each year. Coverage can be renewed annually up to the maximum period available for the individual printer model.
The MyOKI portal also allows users to manage registered devices, view warranty information, register original OKI consumables and access manuals, drivers and support information.
