Once upon a time - The Hinsdalean

The original Hinsdale house party - In 1928 the Hinsdale Township High School senior party was held in the back parlor of the Buffington house at 115 E. Walnut St. In keeping with the theme, which had something to do with farmers, hay and branches were brought in and all the furniture in the home, along with the rugs, were removed. Do you have a Hinsdale photo that is at least 25 years old? We'd love to share it with our readers. Stop by our office at 7 W. First St. or email it to [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection). (Hinsdale Historical Society photo)
