The offer, in numbers
- 82K to 100K base salary, depending on experience
- Up to $12,500 in bonuses: $5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three
- Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota
- Four-day or five-day weeks, and you help set your hours
- $1,000 per year for continuing education (more for specialties)
