The Green Bay Packers were blown out 35-14 by the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3 on Thursday Night Football. The woeful loss dropped coach Matt LaFleur’s team to 1-2 for the season and ended a run of 13 consecutive home opening wins (2013 to 2025), a run only matched by the Miami Dolphins (1976 to 1988).

The Packers were hot favorites to win the game at Lambeau Field against a winless Falcons team that had only managed 16 points in its first two games.
As it turns out, the Packers failed to run the ball once again, accumulating 17 yards on 9 rushes as the offense stalled in the absence of running back Josh Jacobs, who is dealing with off-field legal issues.
