Meet Thunder! Do not let his broad frame and tough look fool you, he is a sweet, lovable chunk. Thunder is a neutered male bulldog, 7- to 9-years-old. While he can be quite forward and strong, he means no harm. He can be slightly frisky with others so a meet and greet is recommended for prospective owners. For adoption information, contact the Moore County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services at (910) 947-2858. Regular hours at 5235 U.S. 15-501, in Carthage, are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.
