Pharrell Teams Up with Adidas for the New Versatile Evo SL Running Shoe

Music and sportswear icon Pharrell Williams is expanding his collaboration with Adidas by introducing a new, affordable running shoe that promises versatility and style. Building on their previous high-end release, the $500 super shoe, Pharrell and Adidas are now unveiling the Evo SL, projected to be one of the top running shoes of the year. The Pharrell x Adidas Evo SL is available in two distinctive colorways inspired by minimalist design principles and Earth tones. The white edition features a similar aesthetic to the Adizero Adios Pro Evo 1, with a white midsole and upper adorned with green, blue, and brown stripes symbolizing nature. The black version maintains the same design elements, with a green branding accent on the tongue. Scheduled for a limited release in 2024 and a broader launch in 2025, the Evo SL draws inspiration from the Pro Evo 1 but omits the carbon fiber plate, instead employing a durable LightStrike Pro midsole compound.
