PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc. (PMA), a Hong Kong-based wet trades works service provider, on Wednesday announced that Zhijun Pan resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
The company said Pan's resignation was due to personal work commitments and was not related to any disagreement with the company.
Pan will continue as a director and Chairman of the Board.
The Board appointed Lei Liu as CEO, effective September 16, to fill the vacancy.
Liu has more than nine years of business management experience and has served as general manager of Meals Through Seasons Ecological Technology Group since August 2024.
In the pre-market trading, PMA Graphene Technology Group is 2.38% lesser at $1.2300 on the Nasdaq.
