T-Series has locked the release date of Police Company, Ram Gopal Varma's crime drama with Harshvardhan Rane as encounter cop Daya Nayak, and the film will reach cinemas on Friday, June 4, 2027, according to the announcement made on Tuesday, October 20.

The new poster carries the line "In cinemas June 4th 2027" and the tagline "It is more dangerous than D Company". It shows four uniformed policemen, seen from behind, walking down a rain-soaked lane at night with helmets in hand, while a pistol lies on the wet ground in the foreground. A line on the poster says that 319 gangsters were killed between 1997 and 2004.

Harshvardhan Rane plays Daya Nayak, a character reported to be inspired by the real-life encounter specialist of the same name. The ensemble also features Fardeen Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Paresh Rawal, Saurabh Shukla, Makrand Deshpande and Ashwini Kalsekar, and their roles have not been announced.
