MIFFLINBURG — A 59-year-old Mifflinburg man is facing criminal charges after selling a friend's tractor and failing to give her the proceeds, according to state police in Milton.
Timothy Scott Holmes, 59, of Wildwood Road, Mifflinburg, was charged with two felony counts of theft by failure to make the required disposition of funds and theft by deception. The charges were filed by state Trooper John Pentz, of the Milton State Police Barracks, in the Mifflinburg office of District Judge Jeffrey Mensch.
