The Lufkin Police Department made two arrests late Wednesday or early Thursday. Arrests and charges include: Keandrew Raiquan Jones, 18, of Lufkin, for assault; and Rachel Ann Davis, 25, of Lufkin, on warrants for theft, no driver’s license and three counts of displaying expired license plates.
