Public School New York and Nike are reuniting after nearly a decade with a collaborative reimagining of the Air Max Goadome. The boot, which debuted during PSNY's New York Fashion Week presentation last year, is now entering its official retail phase with a stripped-down Triple Black execution and reimagined hardware details.

A Rare Reunion

The partnership between Public School New York and Nike has been episodic rather than constant. PSNY's most prolific collaborations with the Swoosh came through Jordan Brand, spanning multiple Air Jordan 12 releases and the brand's celebrated "City Pack." The most recent Nike work arrived in 2018 with a three-pair Air Force 1 High collection that deconstructed the silhouette, exposing internal construction and heavily manipulating the upper. The new Air Max Goadome project marks a meaningful return to Nike proper and signals PSNY's continued interest in architectural reinterpretation of foundational Swoosh models.
