Reckitt, a U.K.-based consumer health and hygiene company, announced Sept. 16 a multi-year transformation of its U.S. operations across two sites, with up to $600 million in investment to accelerate long-term growth in its U.S. business.
Investments will include relocating and integrating its commercial and R&D capabilities into a New Jersey campus in Nutley and significantly expanding its largest over-the-counter (OTC) manufacturing facility in North Carolina.
These phased investments aim to fast-track innovation, sharpen responsiveness to evolving consumer needs, and strengthen supply resilience to ensure reliable access to essential health care products. Reckitt employs over 4,000 employees at seven manufacturing sites and three science and innovation centers across the United States.
