Reddit Reports Record Revenue Growth and Advertising Success in Q2 2025
In its latest financial disclosure, Reddit revealed substantial growth in its advertising sector and overall revenue, despite a modest increase in daily active users amid slowing expansion in both domestic and international markets.
Over the past year, Reddit’s total revenue surged by 78%, reaching $500 million in the second quarter of 2025, a notable jump from $392 million in the previous quarter. The company highlighted that Q2 2025 experienced its fastest quarterly growth since 2022, driven by robust performance across various objectives, sectors, regions, and channels.
Advertising income soared by 84% year-over-year, totaling $465 million in Q2. This growth was fueled by increased ad impressions, higher pricing, and expanded brand and performance advertising efforts, supported by enhancements to Reddit’s ad infrastructure.
