Audible and Pottermore Publishing are set to unveil a revolutionary series of full-cast audio editions of the iconic Harry Potter saga, anticipated to debut in late 2025. These immersive recordings will feature more than 200 voice actors, complemented by original musical compositions, Dolby Atmos sound technology, and authentic sound effects.
A Stellar Cast Brings Magic to Life
The project includes distinguished performers such as Hugh Laurie voicing Albus Dumbledore, Matthew Macfadyen portraying Lord Voldemort, Riz Ahmed as Professor Snape, and Michelle Gomez taking on Professor McGonagall. Cush Jumbo will serve as the narrative guide. The beloved trio—Harry, Ron, and Hermione—will be voiced by Frankie Treadaway, Max Lester, and Arabella Stanton in the initial three installments, with Jaxon Knopf, Rhys Mulligan, and Nina Barker‑Francis voicing characters from the fourth book onward.
Scheduled Release Timeline
"Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s/Philosopher’s Stone" will be available on November 4, 2025. Each subsequent novel will be released monthly, from "Chamber of Secrets" through "Deathly Hallows," concluding on May 12, 2026.
