We are living in an age when nearly everything is being packaged and sold back to us including things that have always been free.

We are sold apps that teach us how to breathe, subscriptions that help us sleep, and programs that promise to reconnect us with nature. So perhaps it was only a matter of time before even an introduction to hiking became something packaged and sold.
