Reward Offer Increased to $17,500 for Tips Leading to Capture of Suspect in Quadruple Homicide Case
Law enforcement authorities have raised the reward to $17,500 for information that could lead to the apprehension of Austin Robert Drummond, a fugitive listed on Tennessee's Most Wanted and a suspect in a quadruple homicide in Tiptonville, Tennessee. The U.S. Marshals Service has contributed $10,000, with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) adding up to $7,500.
The suspect was identified following a deadly incident on July 29, which also involved an abandoned infant found in Dyer County. Drummond, 29 years old, faces four counts of first-degree murder, along with charges of aggravated kidnapping, firearm possession as a felon, and possession of a firearm during a felony.
On August 2, authorities released information about a white 1988 Ford pickup truck with a red stripe, believed to be connected to Drummond's whereabouts, near Burnt Mill Road in Dyer County. Residents are urged to review security footage from Tuesday morning for possible sightings of Drummond or the vehicle.
