PAWTUCKET – As Pawtucket prepares for a transition in mayoral leadership, City Councilor At-Large Yesenia Rubio is emphasizing the importance of collaboration, independent oversight, and keeping residents at the center of decisions about the city’s future.
Rubio, who is seeking reelection in the Nov. 3 general election, believes the transition presents an opportunity to evaluate the city’s priorities, strengthen communication between local government and residents, and build on investments already underway.
