Ryan Blaney to Host Q&A Session at Sharon Speedway on August 11

HARTFORD — Fans eagerly awaiting the return of the Super DIRTcar Series to Sharon Speedway on Monday, August 11, for the "Steel Valley 75," will have a special opportunity to meet NASCAR star Ryan Blaney. The 2023 NASCAR Cup champion, who became a co-owner of Sharon Speedway earlier this year, will participate in a "Racing into Kindness" themed Question & Answer event as part of the "Willy’s World" Kids Club activities sponsored by Millcraft Barns. Blaney, who last raced at Sharon during the SRX event in 2022, will also provide insights during the broadcast of the night’s races. The Q&A session is scheduled behind the main grandstands in the Fan Zone from approximately 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. and will be moderated by Sharon Speedway’s social media content creators Garrett and Jessica Mohrbacher. Children aged 5-17 can submit questions via a provided online form: https://forms.gle/eutZarwLjf5q2gdp8.
